Cancellation and Return Policies
Canceling an Order
- Orders can be canceled anytime before they ship.
- If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to request a return instead.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds exclude payment processing fees (3–5%), which are not returned to us by the payment processor.
Returns
- Returns are accepted for unopened products purchased from our online store.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- We’ll send return instructions after your request is submitted.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds.
- Choose store credit instead and the restocking fee is waived.
