Cancelation and Return Policies
You may cancel an order for any reason as long as the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, you will need to request a return.
Once the cancellation has been approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount minus any credit card processing fees.

If you have a product that was purchased from our online store and is still unopened, it is eligible to be returned. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping the product to our fulfillment center in the same condition you received it. We will provide you with return shipping instructions once the return request has been submitted.
When we receive the product, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount minus any credit card processing fees. Credit card processing fees are 3%-5% fees on the original transaction which the processing company does not refund.
