Cancellations
- Cancel anytime before your order ships.
- Already shipped? No problem, just request a return instead.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the payment processing fees (3–5%) that the processor keeps.
Returns
- You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Unopened products purchased from our online store only.
- Return shipping is on you.
- Send us a request first and we'll email you instructions plus the warehouse address.
- Heads up: items shipped back without an approved request can't be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Pick store credit instead and we'll waive that fee.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds post within 10 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or Missing Parts
Give your order a once-over when it lands. If anything's broken, missing, or just plain wrong, let us know right away and we'll make it right.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
Shipping into the EU? You can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Item just needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
