Cancellation and Return Policies

Canceling an Order

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before they ship.
  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to request a return instead.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds exclude payment processing fees (3–5%), which are not returned to us by the payment processor.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unopened products purchased from our online store.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • We’ll send return instructions after your request is submitted.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds.
  • Choose store credit instead and the restocking fee is waived.
