Great and interesting game. I really enjoy that it has an easy mode so new players can get introduced to table top games. I'm glad I found you guys!

Call to Arms is A LOT. The wounds and champions add interesting interactions to the game. My favorite part is the artifacts and how they can add interesting abilities/buffs to your monsters. Also, giving your oppenent a wound, stabbing their pieces, is really satisfying!

After waiting for a year, finally get one for myself. Thanks

Love it, terrain is very well done and the extra rules add a lot of flavor to the game, though you should get players used to the base game first.

LOVE NECROMOLDS we play it almost every chance we can!! Such a fun game and we have even shaped it to be that everyone gets an individual 2 creatures and we have to fight like that. Highly recommend! Here are the winners from our last game!

Love the Call to Arms expansion. So much more to the game now, and the little plastic weapons rule!

Wow, where do I begin? This has to be one of the most fun, well constructed and thought out game I've played. The molds are excellent quality as is the clay. The golems come out incredibly detailed and with a base! The clay is perfect for squishing and smashing and makes it so easy to want to play. The love and creativity is clearest on the character cards with lore for each one on the back. Necromolds fan forever!

While the Necromolds Battle Box is already a blast on it's own and has quickly become one of our favorite games, the Call to Arms expansion improves it even further and adds some exciting "crunch" for players who seek it. Once we played a few rounds with the expansion, it quickly became our preferred way to play the game, it adds some really fun mechanics that don't over-complicate things. Something that I really appreciate is that the manual also has suggestions on how to gradually introduce the expansion's mechanics to new and younger players, it doesn't overwhelm you with it's new offerings and can be adjusted to the base game in whichever way you desire. I wish more games offered this kind of accessibility out of the box, it's always nice to see. oh and the new 3D Terrain? It's so good I wish they'd make more like it!

Honestly obsessed. Love how smooth and approachable the gameplay is. Constantly trying to find new people to introduce the game to. Hoping to delve in to 3-4 player matches soon as well as the Call to arms Expansion. Yes it’s designed in a way to be palatable to kids, but I’ve only played with adults so far and we all love it. Perfect for the table top gamer who doesn’t have the extra time to put into the standard mini war game. Also nothing beats smashing your enemies with the ring.

This is am amazingly refreshing take on a table top army game. You've cut out the most daunting part of these types of games and it has made the game approchable. No more taking 2 hours to allocate and balance teams just what you can squash into a funky little minnon mold. It's great for newbies and veterans alike. I am looking forward to more expansion as this is the new staple to game nights.

Bought it for my nine year old. He learned it quickly and was thinking out strategies on our first game. High interest and fun.

It may seem like apt at first but once you understand the rules, it becomes simple and second nature!

Call to Arms is a must have after having added the extra units to our army! I'm beyond excited to see what new mold series they release to help flesh out the archetypes and styles of battle! Super fun and creative, I'd love to see more character cards too!

I'm pretty disappointed in the expansion. It just added complexity in a way that wasn't fun for us. The base game was fairly easy to make cooperative (though it wasn't as fun as a game intended to be cooperative) but with the expansion I couldn't figure out how. I'd probably have to remove most of the new components, and then there was no point in buying it. I was also disappointed in the complexity and fiddliness of building the 3D buildings, particularly when they didn't add anything to the game. I think they could help a lot of people by posting an officially recommended cooperative ruleset for the base game and the expansion.

Necromolds Call to Arms Expansion
Store owner replied: Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! I totally get that adding new layers can up the complexity, especially when you’re working to homebrew a cooperative mode. Call to Arms was designed to add a bit more “crunch” to the game, creating opportunities for abilities and powers to chain together in new ways. If you’re interested, page 15 of the rulebook has some team play ideas for 2 vs 2, which could add a co-op twist or give some inspiration. And since the expansion is pretty modular, you can actually pick and choose what to include—like just using the wounds and artifacts for extra depth without diving into everything. For a simpler setup, page 13 has a basic play guide that might help ease up on the complexity a bit. The most intricate part is definitely the Necrocaster characters and their abilities. While the base game wasn’t specifically designed as a co-op, feel free to join our Discord! Other players there might be interested in brainstorming community co-op modes, too. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and I hope this helps make Call to Arms more fun for you!
My son won the first round. Now it’s time for revenge. Haha.

We collect Warhammer 40k, but a smaller, faster and more kinetic experience sometimes is better. The youngest between us is 32 years old. And we recommend this game a lot.

I really wish I'd had this game when I was younger. Even better, I get to enjoy it now with my son! 10/10 Would recommend to any board game/war game loving family!

This has become my GO TO wargame! Easy and accessible but adds lots of room for strategy - and then you can really turn it up with the expansion, Call to Arms. This is my 90's kid at heart ultimate tabletop experience...where else can you actually SQUASH your opponents? The production value is top notch, and the aesthetics make this a game my family wants to bring the table again and again!

Great Expansion that adds sooo much more to Necromolds! The modular rules allow for lots of flexibility that any Veteran wargamer would appreciate! Wounds are a lot of fun and provide another way to eliminate figures! This expansion is a must have!!!

This is the funnest game... I cannot rave enough about it!!! the hardest part to teach is all the symbols, but after that it's clear and easy to understand and pick up. I would highly suggest it, and encourage you to pick up your own copy.

The little kids get to mold monsters to fight, stab and squish. The bigger kids graduate to the battle box and learn the rules, because who doesn't love rolling dice? And then we grown-up kids add in Call to Arms and make things really interesting... Not a single regret with this purchase. Terribly fun all around.

Super fun game! My partner and I adore playing this and friends are always excited to try it out since the premise is so unique. Building an army from the molds is fun and the units have enough variety that we can try different builds and play styles

An expansion by name only, this is something the game is really required to have imo. Adds great depth and fun play to it.

A must have if you want to play this as a more serious, and adult wargame.
